1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern access to the Solvio website, personal account, requests, specialist profiles, service messages, and other related platform features.
By using the site, creating an account, submitting an application or posting a profile, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer.
2. Basic terms
- Platform or Site: the website Solvio and related digital services.
- Client: a person who is looking for a specialist, leaves a request, or receives a service through contact established on the platform.
- Specialist: a person who creates their profile, describes their qualifications, and offers services to users.
- Application: any request, booking, form or other user action aimed at establishing contact between the parties.
- Personal account: a secure section of the site for managing profile, settings, statuses, and related data.
3. Platform role
Solvio is not the direct provider of the service, the employer, a government institution, or a party to a separate agreement between the client and the specialist, unless otherwise explicitly stated by the specific product or the official rules published on the platform.
We provide tools for searching, profile presentation, receiving applications, communication, payments, and supporting operational processes. The parties make the final decision on cooperation independently.
4. Accounts, profiles and information accuracy
The User is required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. We may request verification of identity, contact details, qualifications, experience, and the right to use photos or content.
- do not grant third parties access to your account;
- update your profile promptly if prices, schedule, contact details or qualifications have changed;
- do not post other people's documents, false certificates, manipulative reviews, or content to which you do not have rights.
5. Requests, payments and platform commission
The Client submits a request at their own risk and responsibility, and the specialist independently decides whether to accept the request, how to conduct the session, and under what additional terms to cooperate, if this does not conflict with the platform rules.
If payments or commission tracking are enabled on the platform, the current fixed platform commission applies to payments made through the website:
- legalDocuments.terms.sections.requestsPaymentsCommissions.blocks.items.item1
The Specialist receives the payout amount less this commission unless otherwise specified by a separate tariff or promotional terms.
6. Code of Conduct on the Platform
- it is prohibited to use the site in violation of the law, for fraud, bypassing payment logic, collecting other people's personal data, or spam;
- it is prohibited to post offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or clearly false content;
- it is prohibited to automatically copy profiles, database, content, or technical elements of the site without written permission;
- It is forbidden to impersonate another person, to pose as a company representative or another user.
7. Intellectual property and user content
Design, structure, code, database, platform texts, logos, and other site elements belong to the company or are used by it on lawful grounds. Without written permission, it is prohibited to copy, sell, modify, or distribute such content in bulk.
By posting your own content, you confirm that you have the rights to it and grant the platform a non-exclusive license to post it, technically reproduce it, adapt it to the interface, and use it to promote the profile or service.
8. Important notice on urgent, critical and specialized matters
Information, communication and services provided through the platform should not be regarded as an automatic substitute for emergency assistance, crisis support, official expertise, mandatory certification, procedural representation, emergency response, or any other specialized solution that, by law, professional standards, or circumstances, requires a separate procedure, personal presence, document verification, site inspection, or contact with the appropriate institution or specialist.
9. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, compatibility with all devices, or full compliance with user expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for the actions or omissions of specialists or clients, indirect losses, loss of data, profit, business reputation, or the expected result from using the service.
10. Suspension, complaints, governing law, and contact
We may limit access to the account, hide the profile, suspend payouts, or remove content if there are grounds to believe that the user is violating these Terms, the law, third-party rights, or the service's security.
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you have a complaint, please first contact support at [email protected]. We aim to resolve operational disputes before moving into a formal legal process.
